so i scrapped my idea of trying to swap transfer cases to get a passenger side output for my 4wd. i found a guy who has an jeep wagoneer that he is parting out and after some inspection the front axle will work since it is a driver side dif axle. my question is does anyone know how to adapt the steering to my 92 s-10. it has a 4.3 if that matters. oh and the wagoneer is a 74 i think. :banghead:

79 and earlier FSJ came stock with pass side drop front diffs.... 80 and later were all driver drop diffs... make sure you dont have your eyes on the vacuum diconnect D44 from the 84-85 FSJs... not too desireable....

Also... FYI... these are SUA axles and need to be converted to SOA if thats what you want....
