Roger, a newbie on here brought his jeep up from salt lake for a little tube work to be done:thumb:

What he's done himself so far.

Install full width D60/14 bolt axles with BTF kit
small block chevy engine (not sure on specs)
th350/atlas transfercase

What we are doing.

tube fenders
grill ptotection and stinger
rock sliders
F/R traction bars
swing away tire carrier with rear stinger(to hold 39.5 swamper:darn: )
shock mounts F/R
new xmember with traction bar mounts
Mount hydro assist
Full roll cage
Wire, plumb, and make it run:smokin:

here's a couple pics of what he brought to the shop, he's done a nice job so far with what he has done himself, the BTF kit is pretty nice although I think they could've put more thought into the front so thier customers would actually have a proper caster angle when they were done:rolleyes: , we added 6 degree shims for now just to keep it from steering like a road grader:drive:

Thanks everybody!

We got everything done that was on the original list by the skin on our teeth:thumb: , here's a few more pics, special thanks to Jason and Trandin for all thier long hours that went into building this, with out thier dedication we would have never got this done on time:smokin:

There's something disturbing about the headlight hoop:shocked: Almost gives the KJ impression.

Actually it all looks like good clean work. Someday when I am rich and famous I'll be able to pay shops to make my rigs look that good.:thumb:

so when do we get to see some pics of it in action?

Well, he's got a 2200 mile drive to his new home in North Carolina, then I would imagine he's going to get his woodworking business up and running, so it may be awhile before he"s able to go beat it up at Tellico.
As soon as he sends some pics I will post them up:thumb: should be a mean mamajama!

is well. Bought some prop and going to remod a 30 X 50 shop, kinda
looks like a moonshine shack now but it'll look respectable soon
enough.. gota have a place to work on the rig ya know....
Hats off to Steve and the boys for workin hard that last week to get
things ready for the 2200 mile road trip..so I'll update as things progress.
