I've got about 1/2 of the stuff done before Moab. Still have:

- Torque converter change
- Finish up exhaust
- Finish Door easy remove Mod
- Rip carpet out of rear
- Finish Fuel injection upgrade
- Raise Gas Tank up
- Redo rear suspension

I've got the rest of the list nailed out.

Nice Pic Matt.... good to see that the Blazer can shrink to a level small enough to get in the garage. Would be a  working on that in the driveway in the wind and cold.

Has your buddy ever heard of Tacoma Territory Off-Roaders Association(TTORA)? If not, he should check it out and join the message board at least. There is a ton of info on there about all the lifts out for Tacoma's. I personally am running a Cornbred front spacer lift. I have mine at about 3". And in the rear I am running a Trailmaster 2" add-a-leaf. With a 2" body lift. I will soon be selling mine to put in Old Man Emu 882 springs and a Fabtech AAL in addition to the Pro Comp 4" lift kit. As far as flex goes..... It is still IFS so the only real flex comes out of the rear axle.... Hope this helps...

Have you ever hear do anyone removing the front sway bar on IFS? Does that add much to the flex of the front end? Even a little would be better than nothing which I have right now...

Yeah, you can remove the sway bar to get a little bit of extra flex, but it is still nothing like a straight axle, unless you possably get a long travel kit, but I know that the long travel kit for my truck is $5,000.... plus install.. :angryfir:

That is as, if not more expensive than a full front axle conversion. I think I will either have to accept the limited flex or change vehicles to better suit my needs. For now, I'll live with the limited flex due to the limited income... :(

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: That is a good point. Cause if the Toy gets in really hard stuck the BIG JEEPs can get the Toy out, but if the BIG JEEPs get really stuck they are just really stuck. In other words they can save our arse. And if we do need to get rescued, lets just make sure that it is a worthy jeep. :thumb:

Shaw, I'm generally refered to as crazy when I off road, I will admit this to a point, 13 years of doing this has given me a confidance others lack and I do things that people say can't be done with my truck, and it is always with the Big Jeeps. (FSJ) I need someone to, and they regularly do, save my arse!!! Just remember the golden rule, if you can do it, someone can do it better, the only one better that I've found is in a really BIG JEEP!!! You go RIVERBEAST!!!!
