Does any one have any experience w/ the old style Good Year MT's?
These:

I am going to get some 33x12.50's from a guy in Utah this week end for $50
Got to fill in the wheel wells on the CJ7 now that I have TJ flares:thumb:
I have drivin HMMWV's w/ the 37 Military OZ versions, and they did well. I can't find any good info online about them, so I thought I would ask you guy's.

I am thinking about building the CJ on a $50 or less theme... any new thing I buy for it has to be $50 or less:deal: My budget wheeler:rotfl: :rotfl:

Lemme know how that works out for you, that is the extent on my budget, $1000 to child support, tank of gas air freshener... next month, 1000 child support, new walmart tire gauge, ad nauseam....

I ran a set of 31x11.50x15 on a samurai, locked front and rear with 5.13 gears and a 4.89 to 1 t-case. I thought they did very well overall other than I took out two sidewalls on two different tires. But for the price your getting them for I don't think you can go wrong.

well I got them!!!
I ended up paying $40 because 1 of the tires had a little bit less tread than the other three, and a screw in the tread block.
No big deal, the sidewalls are all good and the beadds are good.

I hate paying more for mounting and balaning than the cost of the tires.
I wish I still worked at a tire store so I could just do it myself.
Does anyone know of a place in IF or Rexburg that cost less than $40 to mount and balance???

I will post pics when I get them on.
