It was probably a little easier to do the Toyota axles than Dana 44s because the brakes and drivelines did not need much customization. But...it was still quite a bit of work for a guy with just a grinder and a welder.

Miss mine too. I think anyone that has had one misses it when it's gone.

You guessed it...1.25" .250 DOM.

Thanks, for all the comments. I love the Zuk!

For heavy rock crawling the 1.25" will not last....Id step up to 1.5" .250 on the lower links......The 1.25" is fine for the uppers but will bend on the lowers.

Get out and wheel that thing and post up some pics!

I've thought the same thing about the 1.25"...I'll probably upgrade after the first bent link.

Looks sweet! I remember when it was all stock and those trailer leafs gave you about 4" of travel! Looks real good and I like the streched wheelbase! I'm going to have a tough time keeping up now with you guys.

That looks great! How come you didn't push the rear axle out the back more? Good work on the suspension!
Thanks.

I didn't move the back axle back because at the time I didn't want to mess with moving the gas tank out of the way. I probably should've, but I wanted to get back to wheelin'!
