I need to start planning on how I'm going to do this to work around wife and kids and stuff. What time will the run start and how long do you think it will take? I'm trying to find out if I should come down friday or Saturday early or something.

Also, who else is coming from this side of the state? Blazinzuk maybe? I might be camping out in a KOA but not sure yet.

Thanks.

we will meet for the run around 9:00 like normal I assume and thats out in melba about an hour from boise. I would recomend coming friday night. if I hurry my ass up and get my aprtment I have room for 2 to stay on 2 different futons or room for lots if you like the floor.

and as far as how long it may only be 4 to 5 hours and it could be all day and half the night depending on what happens. I would bet we would be back in town around 6 or so..........

Im sure somone has a different oppinion so speak up.

hey owhyee rock man who are you?

yeah I wouldn't try to drive over and wheel and go back the same night. That would suck huge dong. Slap the camper on or crash at someones house here. other people have bigger places than I and if you ask nice they might let you stay :finger:

If you plan on doing both Carange and Meat Grinder it will be a all day thing and should be on the road by 6pm. I would also recommend coming Friday and leaving Sunday. If you guys don't know the area real well I'm sure a couple of us SRKK guys can help out, we love to wheel and use any excuse we can to do it....lol

Also I think rock man is Mr. Foothill, owns his own Off-Road shop and is one heck of a guy!!!!! And is known for his WHEELING in this area....

Sounds like a good guy to know. :thumb:

Looks like I will come out there Friday then and plan on leaving Sunday sometime. I do want to run both trails since I'm there. I think it would be cool if more people showed up.

Is there going to be much driving on the road? Wondering if I should register my rig or just use the trailor.

Hey Sandman I am coming but register your rig anyways just in case I break big time and can't roll back under my own power. It looks like my buddy will be out of town that week so me and da wife gonna need somewhere to stay I will be coming late Friday night and am not very familiar with Boise We will definately leave Sunday morning because I am taking both rigs and a day on the trail in the zuk leaves you kind of beat up. I need to ask if my blazer will be up to the task of running these trails. It has 3/4 ton running gear turbo 350 203 flexy springs and a rear locker running 38s :rotfl: :rotfl:

You and your wife can sleep in the camper if you want. There should be plenty of room.

Its a slide in the bed camper without the rear step so I dont have to have a hitch extension.

I hope yours does not break down! I dont think mine would be much fun on the freeway for that distance! :rotfl:

Dont worry, I've been strait ever since college. :gay: :rotfl:

Looks like with me and Eric and his Wife, Thats three. The might be one more but he's at EJS and I wont talk to him untill next week. Maybe somebody else will decide to come as well.

Carnage Run, May 8th

I'm also planning on running with y'all May 8th, if that's okay. Though, I may pass on the rocker cruncher near the end of Carnage. I think between Kevin and I we could put up a few folks for the night. Our homes are real convenient to that area with lots of parking, etc. Let us know how many people you're bringing and we'll see what we can do. Here's a pic of our cul-de-sac. I am next to the grassy area and Kevin is next to me.

Cool hey Matt I think we should roll over to Dougs house to stay Kristle would much rather stay in a house than in a camper. That way if the zuk breaks we can just put it on some stock tires and put it in the back of your truck HA HA I don't plan on breaking anything but if I plan on breaking I won't Hey Doug give me directions to your house. How does that sound Matt. I probably won't be able to leave until about 8:30 on Friday so that puts me there pretty late. I might be able to work it so I can leave earlier. Man I can't wait for this I am looking forward to meeting some of you guys. Oh one question Doug do you smoke I am slightly allergic to ciggarette smoke. Just as long as you don't inside your house I am good. One of my zuk buddys will be coming with me too. :rotfl: :rotfl:
