I have a K5 with 33" tires and a 4" lift but I want to buy 36" TSL's, I want to know how well my 10 bolts will hold up. The rear is limited slipped and the front is open. Will I grenade my axles with a heavy foot?
I made a ten bolt live about 5 months once with 38" tires. If your drive easy, you will be fine. I would just keep your eyes out for a 12 bolt which will live longer or like it was suggested, bump up axle sizes.
I am able to have 37's with a ten bolt front survive fairly well, only broke one hub and one shaft so far. Can't say that for the two 12 bolts that have shattered. :thumb: :thumb:
By the way, hard to keep your foot out of it when there size 15's! :scared:
