This one should be fun. Now I can race in two different classes down at the track. :thumb:

I just dropped my '71 SS Chevelle in storage next to it. :?

Been driving my '68 chevelle around town and to work to keep the miles off of my truck.

I've been building up a list of mods that I plan on doing to it when I pull it out next year.

That too is down in Moab. Ck5 puts it on and its for a weekend. This year I think its in October. they do a pretty good job I hear. If I dont go to Moab for EJS (most likely wont), I will go to Blazer Bash as its only two or three nights total and the traffic isnt as bad.

Blazer bash is limited to 50 people. :deal:

If you bring more the city of Moab forces you to buy event insurance or disband. :?

how can they "force" you to buy insurance and disband? all it takes is a few to say that they are there on their own... seems that unless everyone was almost foolishly honest, they really can't do anything about it without infringing on your civil rights..... I may be offbase here, and not that I necessarily disagree with why they are doing it, but it seems that if anyone wanted to push it, they would win in court..

I dont think a judge would buy it. The insurance is not that bad to buy anyway.

they are always threatening to close the trails to abuse, I would hate for the greenies to get any more ammo.

oh, I agree...
Just playing devils advocate here a bit is all..
Imagine if the city of St.Anthony required any groups of 50 or larger out at the dunes to buy insurance, or they would force them to disband.
To me, it is a bit heavy-handed way to go about it... and no, I don't have a better solution, because infortunately, we do have offroaders that do ruin it for the rest of us, and as a whole, we prefer to live with regulation rather than have it closed up..
but, do you see my point?
