I ve heard of people putting V8 grand coils on the back of TJ's and getting some lift. Also guys will put them in the front of XJ's but they only get about 2" out of it. I would say for any amount of lift you would atleast need a set of fronts from a V8 grand.

Front to Rear swap on a 4.0 ZJ is good for around 3.5-4.5" of lift depending on the shape of your coils. Front coils on the back and then you buy some RE coils for the front.
It's a bit stiffer, but nothing terrible.

You'll still need new control arms and shocks too.

Not sure how TJ guys are running ZJ coils on the back. They must be modifying the coil buckets??
