Does it run? if so wheel it but I caution you fix only what is absolutely nessacary to make it kind of safe and somewhat street legal. And only fix stuff the cheapest way possible. And if possible make sure all 4 tires are differnent treads I have heard this helps old scouts run. A good creedo If it ain't broke don't fix or it will break.
