My dad had some rentals down in SLC. They were a major pain in the ass.

I cant believe how some people run their lives! There are some serious selfish bastards who think the world owes them. I'm about to put the rentals on the market. :banghead: :firedevi:

before you decide to sell.
Consider using a ppty manager. Some are bastards but a good manager, will make you some cash flow, continue building equtiy, and remove you from the hassles.
But besure to get a bunch of references and a good contract.
