1979, 400 engine, th350 trans., NP203, 3.40 gears, cheyenne, good floor, typical chevy body rust.

I paid $500 for it. They took the front axleshafts out for some reason. The engine runs rough, but I think it just needs a good tuneup and carb. The transmission has a stall converter and shift kit, I'm in the process of putting it in my K10 right now. The interior is in decent shape but faded. It's a typical 24 year old chevy. 8)

Plans for right now:

33s
Possibly 4" lift
Tranny rebuild
Engine rebuild
Maybe TBI
Paint/Bodywork
Basic Restoration

I dont want to do anything too drastic right now. I mainly just want to make a nice daily driver out of it. I have my other trucks to do the big mods to.

It may be a while before I can do too much to it. First I want to get the Scout going again and do my double cab project.

Definitely.

I'm thinking about doing a frame off resto. I want to make it look like it came from the factory, except with a 4" lift, tires and wheels.
