Here's a few for ya. This is my dad's 49 Jeep Truck. It has a Chevy 283, sm420, np205, D44, and D60.

Thanks. It is a lot of fun. He's been working on it for over 20 years and has just gotten it street legal within the past couple years. Only original parts are most of the frame and most of the body. It has the Chevy engine and transmission, the axles and t-case are from a IH Travelall, the seats are out of a Scout, the steering is Chevy and the rest was all pretty much custom built.

They have seen a LITTLE action but I am very satisfied with their performance right now... I did a few little hill climbs in 2wd and it hooked up NICE :twisted: Now i just need gears and a locker :thumb:
