Now my homepage continually changes to iwantsearch.com or something like that and I have some weird tool bar at the top of IE browser. Anybody know how to dump this sucker. It's loading at startup with something else so I can't just delete. :banghead:

And a message to you folks out there who write this type of malicious programming.

If I ever catch you or find you, I'M GONA BEAT YOU DOWN! So you better keep your identity hidden. Don't ever make a mistake or slip up. EVER.

OK,

It should all be OK for now.

The host themselves were attacked and hacked. Ended up takin down the server for some time.

Anyway, to clean up that garabage, download tow programs called Spybot and Adaware 6.0 and run them. They will scan through and clean everything up.

Hopefully its over for now. We'll see. :banghead:

All you need to do is right click the toolbar and just delete it from their. If you want to reset your homepage, Tools > Internet Options. But this wont remove the spyware from your computer, this will only disable it. Too successfully remove it you need a program too remove it with, which I will provide a link too in a moment. There are way to prevent spyware too. I suggest dumping Internet Explorer and downloading Mozilla Firefox. Its automatically blocks pop-ups, its got tabbed browsing and many more features. I will provide a link if you want to download Mozilla Firefox as well. Its a great program.

I have dumped IE for firefox as well. it is centuries ahead of IE in security and works masterfully. I also used a free program called "Spybot search and destroy" that I found on the net that works awesome. It blasted more than 200 entities of spyware on my work comupter and about 35 on my home computer (which is very secure). Of course I tried a hundred others, but this one works great:
