I need to replace the ones in my 79 K10.

Is there anything different I need to do or is it just like changing out a regular ujoint?

I *think* it is very similar... you shouldn't have any problems if you've done it before

Should be no problem. Basically two u-joints in a row. there is a center pivot but it is one of those things where you look at it, and then the mystery is over.

If the CV needs rebuilt go to a local driveshaft store and they should have all the other parts you need Like Sandman said once you look at it you will understand so goes the same for seeing if the CV is worn out you will know :rotfl: :rotfl:
