Full cage or just up front? Are you going to mount the seats to the cage?

Seems it always takes more then you think.

Full cage and yesat some point I'll be mounting to the cage...

I know that all too well that's why I'm asking so I can know how much to get.

I would guess between 4-5 sticks of 1 3/4" as well as some angle or C channel for the seat mounts

AJ is right, about 100' of tubing, and depending on your seats, you may be able to use some trick tabs instead of angle iron ;)

Turns out a little cleaner :D

And for that big heavy turd, Id use 2" unless you went with DOM tubing. 2" Looks alot better in there though....And then you can do you seat mounts with some 1.5"

MIG welding is more than good for building stuff like we use. I have a hard time believing anyone who says that you should only TIG weld stuff like this... I tend to wonder about their real world experience welding..

The only reason I say TIG is because I have access to a machine in my college classes, that and it'd be great practice.
