Was wondering if anyone had a torch that would'nt mind heating up my rear springs a bit. The rear sits about an inch lower and I want it to be level. Whats the fee?

Its still heating up a spring...as in spring steel...the heat from the torch will take the temper out of it, and cause the spring to prematurely fail, people get away with it on the street, but where the spring is constantly flexed, it can break. How are you planning on getting the springs exactly the same?

It seems like doing a spring swap, or adding a small block, if possible, would be a better idea.

Rather than using a torch just use a BFH between two beefy sawhorse's You can also use a press. That will get you your inch, and some ripped hammering muscles.

The torch is a bad idea for this. You would do much better rearching the springs cold. The Harbor Freight pipe benders work pretty well for this or you could use a real press.

Or add a block... or get new springs.
