So do any of you go to the TDS Desert Safari thing in Borrego Springs, Cali? I'm really interested to know what its like. I know it's the first weekend in March, and there's some requirements... but what's there to do?

Is it like Glamyis? For any of you who have been to the sand dunes in AZ...
Just kinda curious. It's the first time I've ever heard of it.

TDS is nothing like Glamis. Glamis is huge sand dunes, TDS is more like soft silt dirt with big time erosion making washes with large soft ledges. We went to TDS abbout 8 years ago and it was alot of fun, met some really nice people there. There is lots of wheeling to do, that's all you need to know! If you have the oppertunity to go, I would make the trip from Casa Grande if you can. It will be worth your while! It's a big event, be prepared to eat dust the whole time your there.
